In order to best serve your needs, AVK Carbo-Bond and BI-TORQ provide several different levels of service on our valve automation products.

Most of our BI-TORQ valve and actuator packages go out within a day or two after confirmation of your order. However, if you need same day service on an assembly, we can usually accommodate your needs--at no extra charge.

AVK Carbo-Bond's customized manufactured products usually ship about two weeks after confirmation of your order. Sometimes, though, a critical application requires immediate attention. That's why we offer our premium one-week and 48 hour emergency service as options for our customized parts.
