BI-TORQ offers a full line of gear operators and declutchable manual overrides for a wide variety of applications. With torque outputs up to 2.5 million inch pounds, we can offer units for virtually every type of valve. And since our AVK Carbo-Bond machining capabilities allows us to customize drive bushings and base plates, we can direct mount a variety of valves, eliminating the need for full mounting kits. We offer three types of gears: aluminum gear operators, cast steel gear operators, and declutchable manual overrides. The standard gear operators are available with handwheels or chainwheels.
